The home utilizes the Audio Advice Control4 Signature Series system for home automation and has Lutron motorized shades throughout. We've matched the shades with moving windows that open to the outdoor grill and pool area. The automated lighting system is also a panelized Lutron Homeworks system with Palladiom keypads. The lighting design includes indirect LED lights, task lighting, and specialty accent lighting.
One of the most impressive aspects of this project is the use of high intensity LED lighting that illuminates the texture on the two-story stone wall. In addition, in this video, you’ll see a motorized lift that brings the television up through the floor in the Yoga room.
