Overview
Head Box S2 Digital is fully equipped for the highest demands of modern audiophiles. It provides support for PCM files up to 32bit / 786kHz and DSD decoding up to Quad-DSD (DSD256). Five digital filters are available to shape the sound to your own liking. Three digital inputs ensure connection for all possible signal sources, be it a PC via the USB B input or a TV via the optical S / PDIF input. The coaxial input accepts all the data of a digital transport, such as the CD Box DS2 T. All inputs are equipped for HiRes data up to 24bit / 192kHz. The USB input also provides support for data up to PCM 32bit / 768kHz or DSD256. The front headphone output provides a clear and precise sound with a musical touch. Unintentional noise on the USB input is prevented by double filtering to ensure trouble-free playback. The new aluminum / metal housing offers highest aesthetics and protects against vibrations and interference.
