Backorder Now To Reserve Risk-Free
Get it first with Audio Advice! Reserve your place in line - backorders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If your order includes a backordered product, you are now reserved in our system to receive the product as soon as it arrives from the manufacturer. We have worked hard to get the first available supply of product to service our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We'll keep you updated on any ETA changes, and you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
Special & Custom Orders
Many of our brands provide the option for customers to customize their products colors, cartridges, and more! We're happy to help you with custom orders, but due to the personalization of these items for your unique systems, we cannot allow returns on these items. We love to provide our customers with exceptional deals. Since Open Box deals are so deeply discounted, they do not qualify for Express 2-Day Shipping. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free 2-Day shipping on the majority of the products we sell. However, tower speakers, furniture items, and other heavy items (over 75lbs) often require freight shipping or in-home delivery. While freight does take a little longer, it is often the safest method for these large items. Learn more about our shipping policy here.
