The Omega is a standard-mount cartridge for true high-fidelity sound reproduction. It's a perfect match for standard USB turntables, fits a wide range of modern and vintage turntables. Omega uses a standard elliptical diamond and is a very reliable cartridge with a characteristic for Ortofon accurate sound. The Omega provides upgraded sound quality in a cost-effective package.
Ortofon proudly introduces the Omega – a universal ½” mount cartridge designed to fit literally hundreds of consumer turntables (including many of the most popular USB turntable models). The Omega is not a DJ cartridge, but instead a low-mass, low-wear elliptical turntable cartridge designed to provide a remarkable, yet cost-effective upgrade in sound quality.
