Great 5 Pin DIN Phono Cable for the Price

I decided to upgrade the stock E-type phono cable supplied with a Pro-Ject RPM9 Carbon. The reason I wanted to upgrade is that the stock cable looked cheaper than the stock phono cable from my other turntable , an RPM5. The E type cable wires looked thin , half the gauge of the RPM5. So, I looked up online all the Pro-Ject phono cables. There were only two cables that were better than the E-type, this one, the Connect It CC 5P, and the Connect It 5P SI. This cable looked like an obvious upgrade, by the build and by its features. The choice was between a $169 CC 5P and a $499 5P SI. Paying half a grand for a phono cable for a turntable I paid a grand for was a ridiculous prospect. Therefore, I decided in favor of this CC 5P. When I saw it listed brand new here on AA for just $109 it became a no brainer. In all honesty, I heard no difference between the stock E-type, but it looks terrific and I don't think "this is a horrible cable" anymore because it is a CC 5P. In my opinion, you have to upgrade especially if you have a Pro-Ject turntable.
