Very nice amp. Plenty of headroom for my setup. Great dynamics and clarity, paired with the P6 preamp.

Parasound Halo A 23+ to replace 35-year-old Rotel RB 1050

My Rotel is still in fine working order but got that itch that just maybe there was more I could get out of my original Thiel CS2's. I was right and wow. After re-running my ARC Genesis room correction and tweaking the outcome a smidge, I'm more than happy, giddy really. Had opportunity to run a few scenarios w/ Marty in Customer Service and I don't know if it would be possible to get anything better at this price point for the stuff I listen to (Bill Evans, Lester Young, Chet Baker, Gene Ammons, Duke Ellington, etc.). So much more musical detail, admittedly distracting at first, but it's been fun getting used to it. Class A A/B is for me - the A 23+ provided a nice jump in overall sound quality. Quite pleased w/ this purchase.

Powerful budget amp

I purchased this from audio advice a month ago to replace an old, less powerful amp, and the A23+ exceeded all expectations. Sonically, it's a very neutral sounding amp with a great bass. Oh, It's build quality is top-notch.
