Sometimes, finding the perfect gift for your music lover means letting them pick it out. You can purchase an e-Gift Card for a custom amount or pick from $100, $250, or $500.

How do I buy an e-Gift Card?

To purchase an e-Gift Card, visit our e-Gift Card page and select the predetermined gift card amount or enter a custom amount. Enter the sender information (who the gift card is from), as well as the recipient information (who the gift card is for).  You can also select the date for delivery of the e-Gift Card. Once all information is complete, click Add To Cart and checkout. 

The eGiftCard is sent to your recipient within hours of purchase or on the date you choose. Your recipient gets an email that includes a link to access the e-GiftCard online, as well as instructions for redeeming it. The e-GiftCard can also be printed, though it's not necessary to do so to redeem it.

How do I redeem my e-Gift Card?

Redeeming your AudioAdvice.com Gift Card is easy! Simply click “View & Edit Cart” and enter the code (exactly as shown - including dashes or underscores) in the box labeled "Apply Gift Card Code" within checkout, then hit "Add Gift Card" before submitting your order. If redeemed properly, you will see the discount reflected in the total on the right side hand of your screen.  You may then use credit card, debit card, store credit, PayPal, or Amazon to pay any remaining balance. Any remaining gift card balance can be used for a future purchase. Sorry, but we cannot redeem or exchange balances for cash.

Audio Advice e-gift cards do expire after 5 years.

How do I check my balance?

To check your e-gift card balance, enter the code as mentioned above in checkout.  You may also create an account or login to your account if you already have one. From the My Account page, click Gift Cards. Enter your e-gift card code and your balance will be displayed.

Can I return an e-Gift Card?

E-Gift cards cannot be returned or canceled once purchased.

When returning a product that was purchased with an e-Gift card, refunds are applied to the back to the original gift card, store credit, or you may be issued a new gift card.

What if my e-Gift Card is lost or stolen?

e-Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
