MASSIVE 179” Screen w/ 177 Speaker Drivers & 10,000 Lumens! Sony, MartinLogan, JL Audio
This ultra-high-performance home theater has 177 speaker drivers and a 10,000-lumen projector! The customer wanted to update their previous theater to the highest audio and video performance possible. Given the size of the room and the sheer power of the audio system behind it, it truly was one of the most immersive theaters we had ever seen when we were finished.
DIY 5.1 Home Theater Setup w/ Heco Speakers & Sony Television In Rented Townhome
For this tour, we are in a townhome that is being rented by one of our customers. When it comes to creating an immersive theater experience, a lot of construction can often be involved. This just simply isn’t feasible when you’re renting a space and don’t want to knock a ton of holes in your walls. Another challenging aspect of this living room is that it is not a perfect square or rectangular room. In this townhome, the dining area is attached, making it one large room with some strange dimensions. In this video, we show you how this customer used our Free 3D Home Theater Design Tool to create an immersive DIY home theater experience in their own rented living space without breaking the bank.

Watch our latest video featuring a near-field home theater that we recently installed in a relatively compact bonus room. While we have many home theater showcases, the majority of them cover homes with dedicated theater rooms. The reality is that many people don’t have that kind of extra space available, but still want to create a cinematic experience in their homes. In this video, we’re going to show you how you can put a terrific theater in a more compact space, such as a bonus room, living room, or larger bedroom. High-Performance Home Lighting Showcase | Everyday Upgrades w/ DMF Lighting
In this showcase, we illustrate the result of changing out traditional builder-grade canned lights with high-performance DMF fixtures. We will show you before photos as we go along so you can see how much better the light is just by implementing good design techniques in terms of color temperature, intensity levels, and using aimable lights. In new homes, we are able to make it even better because we can design multiple lighting layers and set locations versus just replacing the current fixtures.

This was our first theater to have the latest JBL Synthesis SCL speakers which provide amazing dynamics for their cost. Paired with a Sony VPL-VW715ES projector and JBL Synthesis dual SSW-3 & SSW-4 in-wall subwoofers, this configuration gave us an incredibly seamless surround sound experience.

These homeowners recently moved into a new home and wanted to design a family-friendly multimedia room for watching sports, movies, and playing video games with their kids. After designing their room in our 3D Home Theater design tool, they worked one-on-one with our system designer from start to finish to make a plan for the space that fits all of their needs. This 5.2.4 home theater & gaming room is decked out in Bowers & Wilkins in-wall and in-ceiling speakers with an Epson 6050UB projector.

It features a 130-inch projector screen, Sony 4K projector, and architectural speakers for an immersive cinematic experience.
