Overview
As the flagship of the new Aurora product series, the Aurora 1000 floorstanding speaker is thoroughly captivating with its elegant visual appearance, innovative technology and, of course, outstanding acoustic properties. The bass and mid-range frequencies are reproduced in a compelling manner by two 200 mm woofers and a 170 mm midrange driver, complete with tried and tested HECO kraft paper cones, which boast a high degree of naturalness and optimum pulse speed. A newly developed Fluctus tweeter, which features a 28 mm fabric dome and computer-optimized multi-wave front panel, is responsible for ensuring perfect dispersion properties in the upper-frequency range. The extremely sturdy and multi-braced housing is accommodated on crossbeams with height-adjustable, solid metal cone spikes. The high-quality silk matte lacquer coating at the front and top of the speaker, which is available in an "ebony black" or "ivory white" finish, looks sensational in combination with modern wood decors and ensures perfect integration into any living environment.

Incredible Bass & Dynamics
With a sensitivity of 93 dB, the Aurora 1000 is more dynamic than the 700 plus it reaches down even deeper. Their 4 feet of height also gives them lifesize sound. These can fill up even very large spaces with ease.
Wonderful Cabinet Design
The L-shaped piece of resin added to all of the Aurora models that already have almost 1" thick cabinet walls is very impressive. It reduces resonance and looks so beautiful coupled with the two color choices. And you can not see the PVC damping that goes inside the cabinet!
German Designed & Engineered
You get the precision of German engineering in the Aurora models. Their Fluktus tweeter, Kraft Paper Cone woofer, resonance reducing cabinets and more all go into making these models sound far better than they should for what they cost, plus they are beautiful and built to last.
The German designed Heco 1000 speaker is a step up from the highly rated 700 model. This true three way design has dual 8” Kraft paper cone woofers with a 6” midrange. At 93 dB sensitivity, it will provide incredible dynamics with very little power.
We love the L shaped resin baffle and almost 1” thick cabinet which totally eliminates resonance so you just hear the music. The high performance outrigger feet are a great touch.
High frequencies will be smooth as silk with great detail due to Heco’s famous Fluktus tweeter which has the advantages of a horn with a super pure sound.
These are large speakers that need a medium sized or larger room to open up but the combination of dynamics, deep bass, and a huge soundstage make them an amazing value that you can push even with a modest amp. The way they let you hear new details in your music explains why Heco has been a German favorite for over 60 years.
