Pro-Ject Phono Box DS2
Phono Preamplifier
Phono Box DS2 is a highly adjustable phono pre-amplifier suitable for all common MM and MC cartridges. With the ability to switch easily between input impedance and capacitance, as well as gain on front it becomes one of the most user friendly phono stages at this price point. It features one pair of RCA inputs for your turntable and one pair of RCA ouputs which will be conected to your pre-amplifier or integrated amplifier. The casing is made of a durable aluminium metal sandwich construction, which not only will effectively protect it against electromagnetic interferences and vibrations, but will also please the eye with its simply and elegant esthetics. Phono Box DS2 features a very linear circuit design to deliver the best possible sound from a minimalistic PCB. With its high value sonics and low cost price it becomes an audiophile bargain!
High Notes
Super Flexible
We can’t think of a phono preamp with more adjustments for the money than the Phono Box DS2.
On the Fly Adjustments
We think its really cool that you can change the settings that affect the sound on the fly. Your ears will tell you if you made a good or bad change in the cartridge adjustment settings.
Great Build Quality
The Phono Box DS2 feels like a high end piece of audio gear. It has the construction you would expect to see on a piece costing almost twice as much.
