Beneath the removable dust cover there's a belt driven DC motor which rides on rubber mountings and turns the aluminium die cast platter via a precision cut belt for very low wow and flutter. The turntable is fitted with a pre-installed Audio Technica AT91 cartridge on a removable headshell which gives you balanced sound across both 33 and 45 RPM.
