Audio Advice has over 20,000 square feet of showroom space in our easily accessible Raleigh and Charlotte locations. We service clients daily throughout the Triangle area (including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and the surrounding areas) and Metro Charlotte. We regularly do work in Pinehurst, Wilmington, Fayetteville and other North Carolina cities from the beach to the mountains.

What To Do If You Need Service

Audio Advice greatly appreciates the support of our clients. We’ve taken the time to select some of the most reliable high performance products in the world for you, and your equipment is made to bring you many years of pleasure. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.

Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 919-881-2005 and ask for our service coordinator. (If phone is answered by auto-attendant, press 3 for Service.)
Our service coordinator will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue.

If you have a weekend emergency*, please call our main number, 919-881-2005 and press 3 for Service. Our on-call technician is available from Friday at 8 pm until Monday at 8 AM, for on-site service
Please leave a voicemail message with your name and number, and your call will be returned.

Audio Advice warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation**. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Audio Advice is also not covered by warranty

Notes
* A system emergency is when an Audio Advice installed system is inoperable or fails to provide audio or video. Out of warranty weekend service visits are subject to premium service call rates.

** The final Installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
