We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help. We are the only dealer in a three state area with technicians available 24 hours, 7 days a week to help with your service issues either on the phone or at your home (on equipment purchased from Audio Advice).
If you need service on a weekday, in Raleigh please call our main number, 919-881-2005 and select extension 3, then 2. In Charlotte, please call our Pineville main number, 704-821-4510 and ask for service.
If you have a weekend emergency or after hours system emergency* in Raleigh, please follow the same calling procedure and our on-call technician will return your call within 45 minutes. Please leave a voicemail message with your name, number, and a brief description of your service issue.
If you have a weekend emergency or after hours system emergency* in Charlotte, please call our main number and select option 3 to leave a message for our on-call technician. If you just wish to leave a message for service, select option 2.
Audio Advice warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation**. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Audio Advice is also not covered by warranty
Notes
* A system emergency is when an Audio Advice installed system is inoperable or fails to provide audio
or video. Out of warranty weekend service visits are subject to premium service call rates.
** The final installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence.
This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
