Working With Audio Advice

You'll love our process!

Engineered Solutions

Our engineering team constantly evaluates home technology products for the most reliable, highest performance products in each category. The result: Audio Advice offers some of the best performing products available for a variety of budgets. In addition to performance, our team evaluates product integration (how the components work together).  Audio Advice CEO Scott Newnam and Founder Leon Shaw use their homes as test labs before offering any products.  Only real world environments fully show the pros and cons of certain components.  We want each product you buy to be a great value and to work as part of your complete system, without any glitches revealed by testing the system in an actual home.

Consultation and Design

To determine the best options available for your needs, you will be advised by one of 20 professional consultants. Audio Advice offers the services of specialists in fields such as acoustical engineering, electrical engineering, home security, and systems automation for advanced projects. To best meet your needs, we love to brainstorm about your system possibilities. Our goal is to provide you with the best performing, fully tested home technology solutions, whatever your budget.

Installation

Once you and your consultant determine what is best for your needs, our operations team begins the process of obtaining equipment and arranging your installation date(s).  For larger projects, we build out your system in our lab to test before home delivery. Fully trained staff technicians will install and calibrate your system, treating your home as if it were their own. Our goal is to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived. Your consultant will provide you with instructions on how to get the most enjoyment from your new equipment, and will be available to answer any questions.

Service

Our service after the sale is second to none.  We provide 24 hour, 7 day a week phone and emergency support for any problems. Audio Advice also keeps a supply of loaner equipment greater than most dealers have in warehouse stock.  This allows us (in most cases) to provide a loaner should your unit require repair by our service department.
